On the store homepage, the menu on the left is categorized by Publications and Technology/Topic. Please click on the options available on these left side menus to view respectively categorized publications. Click on View All to see all the publications. Also available is a search feature. Please use this to find additional results to your search query.
When you click on an Order Now button, the details of the products will be transferred to the Order Form. Fill in your information, and click on Submit. The order will be reviewed and you will be sent an invoice to the email address you specified. The invoice will contain fields that will allow you to pay for the product using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), company check, and bank wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards directly on the website due to security reasons.

If you followed all the checkout steps and clicked the submit button, you should have been directed to an ORDER CONFIRMATION page. If you see this page thanking you for your order then yes your order was submitted correctly and an EMAIL confirmation was automatically sent to you. If you do not receive an automated confirmation within five minutes it was likely blocked by a SPAM filter, or you may have incorrectly entered your email address. The email indicates that we received your order and will be processing it shortly. Please note that we require corporate email addresses and do not accept orders through public email accounts such as YAHOO, MSN, GMAIL, AOL, etc. Call/email us if you did not receive the order confirmation email or did not hear back from us within three working days.
If we have not yet processed the order please contact us to rectify the order. Generally all sales are final due to the nature of our products.
An order can be canceled if it has not yet been processed.
Individual subscription is for a single user only. Our copyright policy entails that the publications cannot be duplicated.
Multiple Users/Library/Site license/Worldwide location licenses- If more than one user would like to use the publication, we can send out multiple copies of the publication or make the publication available to one company location or entire companies via designated IP addresses. For pricing information please contact us with specific order information.
In terms of content, there is no difference between the electronic and print version of the publication. Electronic versions are simply downloaded from our website. The user will require Adobe Reader to open the publication. Advantages of ordering an electronic version of the product include;

- Ability to use the 'Find' feature to look for keywords within the document
- Easily stored for future reference
Print versions of publications are mailed after the order is processed.

No, all publications are in English. Additionally, we do not allow for the publications to be translated.
